DAILY OPENING

1. The school opens daily at 7:40am. Students must be present and punctual at every morning assembly at 7:45ame tate corners among students shall serve punishment.
2. The school closes normal classes at 2.15pm and lesson period extends to 3.30pm Monday Thursday. However on Fridays there is no lesson and school closes at 1.30pm

ATTENDANCE/ABSENCE FROM SCHOOL

1. Under no circumstance should a student be absent from school. However if a student must be absent from school for a day or more, the real cause of the child’s absence should be communicated to the school by the parents. Students who are often absent are Considered truants and not fit for school here.
2. Students whose attendance is poor will have it recorded in their Testimonial.

DRESS CODE

3. Students are provided with Two tops (white & blue) &

• A trouser with bow tie (Junior boys)
• A pinafore and bow tie (Junior girls)
• A trouser with Long tie ( Senior boys)
• A skirt and long tie (senior girls)
• Sports wear
• Cardigan

4. White tops are to be worn on Mondays and Thursdays Blue tops are to be worn on Tuesdays and Fridays Sportswear to be worn on Wednesdays only
5. Students are to put on black shoes only with long black socks. Sandals are not allowed. They are to put on snickers with the sportswear.

CONDUCT ON THE ASSEMBLY GROUND

6. Students are to move quietly to the assembly and maintain peaceful orderliness
7. Students are to queue according to their classes during assembly time.
8. Assembly is not a playing ground.
9. Do not rush while singing hymns, National anthem or reciting the National pledge and School pledge.

CLASS CONDUCT

10. After morning assembly students should seat quietly and await registration by their class-teachers
11. Students are to bring out their books required for the first lesson and read quietly.
12. Students should stand up and greet as soon as a teacher enters the class-room.
13. If there is no teacher five minutes after the beginning of the lesson period, the class captain or his /her assistant should report to the Principal or Vice Principal.
14. Avoid speaking vernacular within the school premises. Your only language is English.
15. Listen to your teacher whenever lesson is going on.
16. Keep your textbooks and exercise books and other items neat at all times
17. Ask and answer questions always in the class.

LOITERING

18. Pupils must not leave the school premises for any reason without the permission of the dice-Principal or the Principal.
19. The time for visiting the gents/ladies (i.e. toilet) is before school, at break, and after school.
20. Students can only leave their classroom when it is absolutely necessary but with EXIT CARD to be issued by the class teacher. Students found outside the classroom without the EXIT CARD will be punished.
21. Students must not enter the class-room other than their own.
22. Protect the image of the school outside.

VISITORS

23. Students are not allowed to receive visitors during the school hours. Any message for any student wilt be taken in the Front office and delivered to the child.

DAMAGE TO SCHOOL PROPERTY

24. Students must report damage done to school property immediately to their class-teachers.
25. Any item damaged by any student will be replaced by such student before being allowed to resume classes.

NEATNESS

26. Students must appear neat at all times. For this purpose students have been provided with two tops to be worn on different days.
27. Boys must tuck in their shirt smoothly and must not make it appear bogus means the belt must appear outside the shirt clearly.
28. Girls must plait their hair regularly (i.e. on weekly basis) and adorn recommended hairstyle by the school.
29. Shoes are to be kept clean and polished daily.
30. Finger nails are to be kept short as they will be examined weekly.
31. Use the school dust-bin for refuse and do not throw any litter on the floor.

VIOLENCE AND OTHER FORM OF DISTURBANCE

32. Fighting is totally prohibited. Students who fight in the school will be thoroughly dealt with and may be rusticated.
33. No Student should use crude, abusive, or provocative language in the schod.
34. Bullying and any form of intimidation is prohibited

VOCATIONAL TRAINING

35. The school organizes vocational Training for all Students once a week. Students are expected to provide their own materials to be used for the practical classes.

GENERAL

36. All science students should go to the laboratory with their Lab coat (white).
37. Cultivate the habit of reading Newspapers and Educative Magazines
38. Always check the school notice board for latest information.
39. Always read your books at home.
40. Do not fight with any child within or outside the school.
41. Students must not belong to any secret cult. Any student found to belong to a secret cult will be rusticated immediately.
42. Do not behave rudely to teachers and any member of staff in the school.
43. Any item found (including money) should be handed over to any teacher or teacher conducting assembly.
44. Students who steal other pupils’ property or money will be dealt with.
45. Students must not bring huge amount of money to the school so as to discourage stealing.
46. Students should bring his/her identity card to the school daily.
47. Do not sleep in class-room while the teacher is teaching
48. Do not make a noise in the class-room. Learn to be quiet and study your books.
49. Do not fly your school uniform (shirt) collar.
50. Feel free to discuss any area of challenge in your academics or other areas with your class Teacher or the School Counselor
51. Do not write on any wall within the school premises.
52. No student should eat in the class-room when break period is over.
53. Unhealthy boy-girl relationship is prohibited* Any female student discovered pregnant will be expelled immediately.
54. Report any sexual harassment from peers, senior or any member of staff to the School Counselor immediately.
55. Smoking, drinking of alcohol or use of hard drugs is strictly prohibited in the school. Any student found culpable will be rusticated immediately
56. Students are not allowed to bring phone to the school.
